I'm happy to remove my review if you can let me know which business does produce smoke almost 24/7 as there is only 1 chimney and it's roughly in the middle. And the noise isn't from the car company, it's the opening and closing of shutters which I last heard at 3am.I apologise if this isn't you but I am unsure who else it could be

Edward Wilson is mistaken. Edinburgh Ceramics is all electric, emits no noise or smoke, and keeps limited hours. Perhaps he is referring to a nearby property with a wood-stove.
