I would not recommend David Orr. He took advantage of me and charged double what my car was valued. Charged for new parts and didnt even use new parts and charged for them. Broke down twice after and he is a con man. Please be aware and find a proper mechanic. He was in comber under different name

Brilliant service! Can't thank them enough. They were able to fix my car the same day and with a fair price. I'm very happy! Would definitely recommend Bangor City Autos and I'll certainly be using them in the future.

I am really unhappy with David, he was meant to fix my car but 3 weeks later issue arrises again and went to different mechanic and the issue was not properly fixed in first place. This day and age you think you can trust a mechanic but this guy will take advantage. Im not sure how he is still trading. Also make sure you get receipt also!

Helped me out with my Vauxhall Vectra, changing the clutch and Gearbox. The car is now running well. They gave me a good price too. I would use them again. Friendly staff.

Completed a timing belt replacement on my partners car, replacement carried out in a very professional manner at excellent cost.

These guys helped us greatly. Our car broke down and was recovered by the AA. They happily took it in and diagnosed the fault within the hour, (the AA got the diagnosis wrong) they understood we were traveling on the Sunday and needed the car. They resolved the issue and checked the car thoroughly and had it ready to pickup on the Saturday morning, (the next day). This level of customer service is rare these days. I strongly recommend this business!!

Best mechanics in ni, service is excellent David and Barry are fantastic mechanics always going above and beyond to help me out keeping my car on the road, I was without a car David lent me his own personal vehicle to use until mine was repaired. Do not believe any of the other negative reviews they are a load of rubbish and false. If you need your car looked at bring it on over to them you won't be dissapointed with the service.Thanks again guys keep up the good work

Really pleased I found this gem of a place. They got me fitted in that morning and our car back that afternoon. Fairly priced. I will definitely be using these guys from now on!

☆☆☆☆☆Competent, accommodating (above and beyond), knowledgeable, friendly and fairly pricedI happened upon this garage by accident after a long day of garage hoping trying to find someone who was able to perform and read a diagnostic reading on my car since my usual garage advised to go to a dealer since they couldn't read the fault causing my engine management light to come on.On my way to the hyundai dealership I took a wrong turn which turned out to be the right move as David was able to read the car with no issue and showed me what the problem was. I was advised of the price which was reasonable and exactly what my usual garage would've charged (if not a little cheaper than my usual). David and Barry were able to rectify this quickly and when I explained my urgency was an impending MOT they pointed out parts that I was already aware of (from my usual garage) that needed looked at.Since my experience was so good I went ahead and had the repairs done, again...efficient and accommodating and of course fairly priced. They even showed me my old worn parts that had been replaced.As someone who typically reads reviews I'm glad I didn't on this occasion because I would've missed out on a great wee place.
