Can’t fault Paul. Used his services several times. He was a life saver in lockdown when I had to home school as our desktop packed up. Within 2 days, he sourced and re-conditioned a hard drive, along with upgrading our laptop. He’s very polite and a pleasure to have in your home. We had a major problem with a very old computer that was running an integral system on our machines. Paul came out early the next working day and within two days we had a working system back in place. The issue was highly complex and Paul went beyond expectations to solve the problem for us. He is clearly extremely knowledgeable and his service was excellent. We would definitely ask Paul to help us again in future and highly recommend his services.

We had a problem with a tablet which Paul solved for us. He is good at understanding what the problem is and then excellent in resolving it and explaining what he has done. If anyone has a computer problem then I recommend that they look no further that this company to solve it.

Excellent, prompt service from Paul. Professional, friendly and courteous. Resolved issue with laptop, installed new hard drive and upgraded windows at very reasonable cost. Also set up remote access to my PC via laptop at no further expense. Paul is very patient and nothing is too much trouble.

Paul was absolutely amazing when it came to fixing my daughters laptop, he collected it from my house, kept me up to date with his progress and the returned the laptop back to my house all within 24hrs! Fast reliable and very reasonable when it came to price! Would highly recommend and will define using him again!
