The queues for most food outlets was quite long but true the sprite of Itsu, the food came really quickly without any compromise on content or flavourAs a vegan there is enough choice because there a meat, veggie and vegan version of each dish.Although space was limited, I managed to find a perch and tucked into my food.I chose the ‘Veggie Gyoza Noodle Bowl’ which is a vegan option. The noodle bowl was crammed full of big fat juicy noodles, veggies and seeds with plenty of large dumplings. Wether you preference is to eat with chopsticks, fork, spoon or Itay’s Spork, it’s always best to slurp the delicious, rich broth straight from the bowl when the food has been eaten. It left a lovely lingering flavour in my mouth which I can still taste and hour later as sit on the aircraft typing this up.I also had the ‘Jasmine Tea’ which liked but for those that don’t like a strong floral flavour, avoid it as it’s strong. For those that do, it’s worth it.

Unfortunately the second time my teriyaki js way lower quality than a normal Itsu outside the airport.Sockets doesn’t work at allllllll I can say because I tried.Stuff don’t really care much about your complaint they just get paid to work as a machine isn’t it?Rats and mouse all over and it’s normal says one of the stuff and you can avoid them. REALLY?

The food was excellent. I had Thai chicken rice bowl was made perfectly. The service was wonderful very attentive. I highly recommend itsu to anyone looking for healthy food.

It's ok for an airport and the food was the usual quality for this chain. I was disappointed to find broken USB charging sockets at their seating area - seems that maintaining these aren't high on the agenda.

A good option in an expensive airport. For just 7-8 pound you can get a hearty pot of noodles or rice with a protein or veggie. Very uncomfortable chairs however and the bins were overflowing the whole time we were there. Really nice to see live orchids and butterfly installation as part of their ambience which helps make the airport nicer.

Lovely little place. Had late lunch there and the food was amazing. I believe they specialize in Thai dishes as the one I had taken were delicious. Loved it

In the busy Terminal 5, this is an oasis of a place. I sampled the chicken soup with very delicate noodles (sorry if I am not using the right terminology). It tasted healthy and awesome. I also noticed many customers were sampling fresh sushi boxes being stocked during the day. I highly recommend Itsu during your stop-over visit at Terminal 5 @LHR Airport.

Great selection of food and amazing service. Very quick order and no wasting of time. Amazed with the service provided by everyone in the busy hour as well. I will definitely recommend Itsu to my colleagues and friend.Coming back for sure if I travel again from here.
