I couldn’t be happier with Join the Pack, wether it’s for regular walks, or for boarding! They always put the welfare of the dogs first and it’s clear they are deeply loved by all their charges (and their owners). Finding such reliable and honest business practices in any area is rare; but these guys go above and beyond.We highly recommend Ed and Caroline!

Ed and Caroline have been walking my dog for the past few years.She loves her walks with them, and they provide me with peace of mind that whilst I’m working she is safe and happy.Ed and Caroline tailor their walks so that similar age and ability dogs are walked together.They are a very responsible couple who are considerate of others who are in the same environment as their dogs

Ed and Caroline at Join the Pack are wonderful, warm, trustworthy, professional dog lovers and I feel very lucky to have them looking after our dog when we are away or unable to walk him ourselves. If they ever have space for your dog too then you should jump at the chance!

We’ve used Join the Pack for 6 years - they love all the dogs in their care and really understand their individual needs. They aren’t people walking dogs to make some cash, they really care about their pack and put the dogs in groups to aid with their behavioural training. Super reliable and professional, we couldn’t be happier and recommend them wholeheartedly. The best part about lockdown has been seeing Ed + Caroline interacting with the dogs - I’ve even heard Ed quietly telling my April that he loves her as he’s saying goodbye. Says it all really.

Ed and Caz are one of few people we trusted our crazy beagle with. Marley always got home knackered after run and play in Hampstead or Hadley Woods.I could not recommend Join the Pack enough. Trustworthy, reliable and reasonably priced. ❤️

We have known Caroline and Ed for 10 years and they have always been extremely professional. They have looked after 3 of our dogs for walking and mainly boarding and the dogs love them, leaping into their van without hesitation when we're going away. We recently got a new puppy and they wanted to come over straight away in order to meet her so that they would not be strangers to her. We have no reservations about recommending Join the Pack to anyone looking for a reliable, trustworthy dog minding service. We love them, and more importantly, the dogs do too.

Ed and Caroline provide the best experience for my dog, as boarders and as walkers. I know that he is loved, well exercised, and most importantly, being cared for by professionals well versed in dealing with all types of dogs - from large to small, rescues and nervous dogs, and sicks dogs. All of them, Ed and Caroline always show the utmost professionalism, patience, understanding, and are always on hand to offer advice and guidance. Your dog will love them as much as you will.

We’ve known Join the Pack for five years now and cannot recommend them highly enough. Ed and Caroline are completely reliable, professional, kind, insightful and put the dogs’ welfare at the heart of everything they do. They haven’t just cared for our pups, they’ve helped us to understand them better and make all kinds of little connections and improvements to their lives. When the Pack van arrives in the morning both dogs run to the door and sit there wagging furiously. I wish you could see it because it’s the most eloquent review there is.

We have used Join the Pack for our whippet Poppy for 6 years. She was a bit shy to start with but immediately loved going with the pack and gained enormously in confidence and well being. Ed and Caroline are reliable, caring, professional and really pay attention to your dog. Most of all Poppy loves them so much we even feel a bit jealous!!! We have also left her with them during holidays and again she was always immensely happy and well-looked after. I highly recommend them!!!
