My name is Kim West, I was referred by my doctor as I was suffering with neck, shoulder & back pain. I chose to go to Sandy Hill as I had heard some very good reviews. I had my appointments with Josh Pearce who was amazing. He had a really nice manner and made me feel at ease. After having 3 appointments with Josh, I can honestly say I no longer have the awful pain I had. I would definitely recommend Josh. I can't thank him enough.

Cannot thank Bryony enough for the work she has done with me to get me back to full fitness. After months of constant back and hip pain limiting my every day life, it took only 3 sessions (along with some homework) to get back to moving pain free. 100% recommend.

Had my first consultation with Josh today for an ongoing shoulder injury and found Josh really helpful. He took time to listen carefully and asked a lot of questions to get to the bottom of the issue. He had a really good approach and understood exactly what I wanted, to keep exercising whilst managing an injury and gave good advice to moderate my activities, rather than rest. He has given me a new programme to try which I'm looking forward to getting on with. Good empathy and personable approach, would highly recommend!
