Prices are extremely expensive for the service you receive. The problem that I originally asked to get fixed did not get resolved and I still got charged the full amount.Edit: I have been back multiple times to investigate the issue that I originally had, only to be told it was the MAF sensor which was the original issue that I went in to begin with. I’m very disappointed in the service I received as they wanted to charge at full price (£400) to replace it, and as a result, will definitely not use their services in the future.

Ordered 2 tyres from Mytyres to have delivered and fitted at Stoneacre York, never again!! Absolutely hopeless, 2 hours to fit 2 tyres!! All I can say if you want tyres go to the professionals who can normally do them in about 15 minutes a tyre, I wouldn’t recommend Stoneacre going into F1 with the pit team they’ve currently got!

Service and MOT with a couple of extra jobs on my 8 year old Ford carried out this week. The car runs like a dream once more and after the courtesy wash and spruce up looks half it's age. Excellent friendly and reliable service. Value for money. Would recommend.

I got my first fiesta yesterday, from the moment I pulled up Tom was extremely helpful, didn’t pressure me like other places can and helped me when I needed it. He made the whole experience easy and simple , even when I got all stressed he was very patient and didn’t pressure.If it wasn’t for Tom I may not of found and got this car in very happy with so thanks! Got my secondhand car on 01/06/23 and was lied to from the get go. Reece sold me the car and he gaslighted me the entire time. Yes we'll M.O.T it and service it, yes the car comes with full service history. There's no manual, I will order one for you. Every word a lie. But he is full of charm and smiles!There was a problem with the car cutting out, no problem I was told we will sort that out" so I booked in. They didn't even pop the bonnet

Stoneacre York offered an amazing service when my car broke down last week. I was towed to the site by my breakdown cover with a suspected fuel pump failure, and the team were able to book me in within 48 hours.Communication was fantastic, and Joely kept me updated throughout the repairs process. She was also especially helpful around setting up a payment plan for the work that needed doing. Parts were ordered quickly and efficiently and my car is back on the road!Thank you so much Stoneacre York!

Absolutely diabolical treatment I had broke my hand brake cables and never admitted it after taking to the garage investigating It was definitely 100% done by them because the tire they change was the same position that my hand breaks broken. Be careful guys take a video before you leave the car because it will be different when you come back and they will twisted and tell you something else a shame of you

Following my 5* review ( now deleted) of the purchase of my car on the 16th of June 2023 I have had nothing positive to say about this place. 2 weeks in the engine management light come on following that the boot struts stopped working (this is a family car useless without being able to use the boot). I have contacted the person that sold me the car that asked me to contact the service department, what an absolute shambolic department this is! 3 times I rang no one answered, call went to head office that passed the call to the sales team, then once I finally managed to speak to someone 3 weeks to be able to book my car in. After explaining what the issue was, came in today for someone to look around the car and tell me they had to order the part for the boot, wow it took a genius! Why wouldn't you have the part ready when I booked 3 weeks in advance? The engine management light? Not a clue they had to contact Peugeot about it yet I got no explanation . Reading the reviews every issue seems to be with after care ,then let me spell it For you selling the car is easy keeping the customer is the the challenge and I'll stay away as possible from you. I have booked somewhere else to get it done TOMORROW! Been asked to wait a week, wasted my time and money will not be returning even if you are giving cars away.

Car came in with EML on dash. Was told it was a exhaust sensor. They diagnosed the issue and fitted the part on the same day. Had the vehicle back for 5pm. 10/10

Just picked up a new car from Stoneacre Ford in York. Absolutely perfect service from the generous test drive right through to collection. Staff were amazing and the process was brilliant they treated us incredibly well throughout and we got a great deal. Nothing was too much trouble and we came away smiling and very pleased with the new car.Cannot recommend highly enough. Louis was star throughout and really did a great job from start to finish. Richard made the paperwork a breeze. If I could give 10 stars I would.
