Nice atmosphere, food is very average, but really disappointed that there is no WiFi for the kids to watch their movies or to take any calls. If this were more options around, then I’d probably wouldn’t visit that frequent.

Great atmosphere about the Old Libarary of people chatting and enjoying good well prepared drinks and food. Really enjoyed it. We'll worth seeking out if you are in Kirkwall.

Great place to eat. Nice varied menu with a decent range and caters for V/VG diners.It is slightly pricy but the food is excellent so it is pretty good value for money. Their poached eggs are particularly good, as is the fish finger sandwich ;)

Excellent barista. Friend has very specific requirements for her latte, half shot, very very hot. Prepared to perfection and delivered by efficient, friendly server. Thank you. My Americano fine too and tasty bites also.

Archive coffee and The old library are the same cafe. We were a bit confused when searching the place on google map but not a problem. Cozy cafe with friendly staff. Good vibe , good food. Would go back.

Always a brilliant place for catching up with friends and family. Food and service of a very high standard too. Highly recommend. Good gluten free options on too.
