Unfortunately I have never been able to book an appointment at Mia from calling up to walking in, they have no online booking system. I've tried on 3 different occasions over the past 3 years and was always told that they were not taking on new clients or were fully booked for 'months.' At first I thought it might have been pandemic related but I just called now and was recommended to go to another salon.

Going to Mia’s is always a pleasure. She is fantastic at her job and I feel super relaxed the second I step inside the salon. She does a brilliant job with my hair without fail. The salon is gorgeous and everyone who works there are just amazing!

I’ve been a customer of Mia’s for a couple of years now. Every time I visit I am treated like a princess. I’ve never left unhappy with my hair or unsure, I have full confidence in Mia to make my hair the best. Mia uses high quality products and styling equipment and her knowledge/expertise has meant that my hair journey has grown (literally) from damaged, thin hair to long glossy locks. The whole team at MIA makes me feel so welcome and I can always guarantee a good laugh and catch up. I recommend ALL hair types, male or female to visit when the salon can take on new clients - which speaks volumes itself!

Mia is amazing! I have been going to her for two years now and she has taken my hair from strength to strength! She is very professional and so talented and makes my hair appointments relaxing and a real pleasure! She is wonderful to talk to and it’s a real result knowing I have a hairdresser I can trust and look forward to seeing :) x

I am luckily enough to have found MIA when she was London based and followed her to Margate. Her salon is beautiful as is she, she is professional, welcoming and is very experienced. Always look forward to my visits to MIA for both hair and nails with Elizabeth. Highly recommend.

I’ve been going to Mia’s for 3 years now and I have never had a bad hairdo. I would just like to say that the welcoming atmosphere, friendliness of all the staff, the expertise of Mia and her staff is 100%. My hair looks healthy and actually shines now. Also the environmentally friendly hair products used are so good for your hair and leave it feeling amazingly soft. With the added bonus when I returned my empty bottles of the products I purchased I got a discount off the next lot as all bottles are recycled. Looking forward to my next appointment.
