Nick came to quote for our move after being recommended to us by a friend, and we were impressed from the start. Polite, knowledgeable and offered several options within the quote so we got a truly tailored service.The day before our move, Darren and H came to pack our house, and were punctual- (we received an update on their eta first thing) polite, professional, extremely efficient, and kept us smiling throughout the day! They were patient with our son, and took note of his requests (nerf gun care and sentimental items from his fort in the garden to be brought to the new house) and were only to happy to chat to him, which made the whole process easier for him too as we were leaving the home he'd been in since a baby!On one of the hottest days of the year so far, nothing was too much trouble and everything was packed, emptied and loaded onto the vans with care- (I'm in awe of how they got everything in!) and we were ready to go before the chain had completed!At the new house, boxes were swiftly delivered to the correct rooms, beds re built, sheds delivered and even checking furniture was in the right place in each room. Nick, Darren, H and James were absolute legends, and I can't recommend the team enough. They even came back to collect the empty boxes, ensuring they are re used and don't simply end up in the bin. By far the most value for money out of all the removal companies who quoted for us, and (if) we ever move again I would definitely be using Pro Move again. Moved my daughter today into her new home. Incredibly helpful and made what could have been a stressful experience into a pleasurable day. Nothing was too much trouble. The guys enjoy their work and we would recommend them.

Nick and the team provided an excellent and personable service. They were very accomodating when we had to rearrange dates - always polite and professional. I think they went 'above and beyond'. First class!

I cannot recommend Pro Move enough! From the initial quote, through to the final move Nick and his team could not have been more helpful. I initially spoke to Nick to organise my move and he was professional and very fair in his quote for the job. He was also able to arrange it at a short notice! He maintained good communication throughout the week and answered any questions I had.On the day Darren and Hayden arrived early, introduced themselves and began the move. They were efficient, friendly, very professional and went out of their way to ensure a good service.They even built my bed on arrival and helped with the TV, which saved me a lot of time! I can’t say thank you enough as they made it look very easy and were genuinely kind people. Massive thanks to you all!

We were recommended to call Nick by someone who had had a great experience with the company. On contacting Nick he promptly arranged to get an estimate done and provided correspondence really quickly. He proactively kept in touch with us leading up to the proposed moving date and if we contacted him he would always respond really quickly. Unfortunately the move did not happen but the reason we wanted to leave a review is that Nick always showed patience and understanding throughout the many hiccups that occurred along the way. He messaged with great kindness and took time to provide reassurance as best he could, which he didn't need to do. Our house is back on the market and when we finally do move we will use Nick as he has demonstrated being professional, reliable and dependable in all of our dealings with him. Thanks Nick!

Exceptional service from start to finish. We absolutely could not have done our move without Nick and the team, and we would recommend them 1000%!They are professional, careful, trustworthy, everything you could ever need and more. They went above and beyond to ensure everything we had was packed absolutely perfectly (we had full pack service) and delivered and put into place with exceptional care. They labelled everything expertly.They also went the extra mile to ensure both properties were cared for, even going as far as ensuring they didn’t walk over the grass, and having plastic sheeting on carpets, covering doors with padding, and even rolling out the red carpet (photos!). They were patient, hard working, incredibly easy to communicate with, absolutely wonderful all round. They take the stress out of moving, nothing is too much trouble (even moving a 100kg treadmill twice!!).We knew they were brilliant, and when we unpacked everything we truly appreciated just how wonderful and careful they were. 10/10 and 5* stars. Excellent service from start to finish.Very professional, and very friendly.Nick packed us up the day before, and set off at an ungodly hour to ensure he got down to Plymouth to unload at a reasonable time.

Would highly recommend pro-move, I called Nick around 2 weeks before we were due to move and even though he was virtually fully booked for our moving date he managed to move things around and fit us in. Nick, Darren & Hayden all arrived on time and were lovely. We were packed up by 11.30 and they bought covers for the floor and made sure all our belongings were safe. Everything arrived to the new house in the same condition, due the care taken.They made moving feel so easy and stress free, cant thank them enough and would recommend to anyone moving home :)

Nick & team moved us on 22/9. From first visit to provide estimate through to move completion Nick was easy to deal with and together with team did a thoroughly professional job on the day of move. We had no issues whatsoever and would thoroughly recommend Nick & Pro Move team. Great job!
