Horrible experience. I took a new expensive Rotary watch to replace the battery; the guy did not have the tool to press the back of the wristwatch after battery replacement he broke the sapphire glass with a hand press.He was so rude, I cannot believe it, after breaking my watch, he did not even use the word sorry. Rudely he said I would send the wristwatch to the company and I should contact him after two months.I was stunned just listening to him, I had no choice to accept his offer.After two and half months I received the wristwatch with a very bad mark on the dial.

DO NOT GO THERE.DO NOT GO THERE.VERY UNPRFESIONAL + VARY RUDESTAY FAR AWAY FROM ANY OF THEY SHOPS.They done soles insoles on my shoes and they done vary very badly. When I brought shoes back with receipt to fix fat gentlemen was so rude and tell me to put shoes ( £700 shoes) in rubbish because he doesn't want to fix what his colegue did. I took shoes to private shoes shop and he fix perfectly for mach less money. VERY VERY DISAPPOINTED-NEWER AGAIN

0 stars, fat dude doesn't have customer service skills, the rudest boy I've ever encountered in retail. A good slap on his face would probably wake him up to reality.

Had a really lovely experience on a busy Sunday afternoon. Rhys was so nice and patient with my children and managed to take their photos. Would definitely come back to the bullsbridge branch!

I would give 0 if I could! Absolutely awful experience and still not resolved! I took my watch in 6 weeks ago for new glass to be fitted. A guy charged me and said it would be ready in a few days. I went back around a week to be told that the guy who served me had be fired, your watch hasn’t been sent off and you have been undercharged. The manager said he would not charge me the additional cost because ‘I’ve been messed about’. Anyway fast forward I popped in a few times to see if it was back and every single member of staff I spoke to was clueless and unhelpful had absolutely no idea! NoCommunication is made down the chain. I get a text to say it’s ready to collect eventually after 6 weeks. My husband had to collect as I was at work and they charged him again! I called up and the manager was SO unpleasant and couldn’t care less! My husband went back in to get a refund to be told by a staff member Rhyse in the Hayes branch Tesco that ‘I am a temp and I haven’t been told anything so I can’t do it, you will have to come back when he is in’ how ridiculous! I asked to call him and he said ‘ I don’t have his number, I’ve never even met the guy! It’s an absolute shambles and I have to go back in to store again! Honestly the worst customer service I have EVER experienced. The manager needs to be trained on how to ‘manage and communicate key information to his team’ also to be more professional. The staff couldn’t give one damn and don’t care about their job or customers. AVOID at all costs and go somewhere else!!!
