I absolutely love the Barber's cheese, it is such good quality. The little shop attached to the factory is wonderful and sells all the different cheeses at a great price. My favourite is the costal Cheddar and the red Leicester, but must say I've never a bad experience with any of their offerings! The offcuts of random cheese are quite good fun and are always a nice surprise. I always stock up on lots when I come to the shop as I am many hours away in Essex!

Absolutely disgusting.This is the worst cheese I have had this year. In two words: rubbery, tasteless.Even tried mixing it with bread, wine, chicken liver, but no, this one isn’t awful.

Had the Coastal Cheese in the black wax. One of the best cheeses I have tasted. Morrisons have now stopped supplying it what a shame.

Cheddar .... to die for; Bacon butties - just lush. Need I say more?March 2022: I'm not happy. I just discovered Barbers cheddar snacks are made in the Netherlands!!! What!!! How many food miles is that - just to make a tiddly packet of popped cheddar". Come on - stop this nonsense and either make them here or stop making them."

Wow what fantasttic cheese. Bought a 900grams waxed farmhouse in costco. This is how mature cheddar should taste like.. .. texture...taste and the waxed packaging were all top notch. And the price at costco was unbelievable !

Having moved to Somerset from Essex ive been on a massive cider and cheese tasting frenzy and this is easily the best cheese ive tasted by far. Really really tasty....now to drink more cider....
