Excellent location & hospitality. We had a beautiful double unsuite. Immaculately clean throughout. Communal sitting room with fridge, tea coffee etc I'd reccomend a stay here.

Amazing stay! Host couldn't have done more to make my stay more enjoyable: helpful tips on travelling the area. Great quite living spaces to have a tea and read a book. The room and bathroom was spotless and customer service outstanding100% recommended if you are in Ballycastle you should stay here!

Stayed 2 nights in this guesthouse with my husband, 14 yr old son and 26 yr old daughter. Loved the place. The hosts were fantastic, even to the extent of remembering our breakfast preferences. The rooms were lovely, the beds comfortable, the showers hot. We had access to the kitchen if we wanted it and car parking onsite.Ballycastle is a lovely little town and a great choice for a base to explore the Causeway area.

We go there every year for the Northwest 200 and look forward to our stay there.Clean and tidy and very relaxing, breakfast is good and you are left to do what your want.Run by a nice family who will help you out with anything you need and will advise you on the local area and directions.

Reasonably nice B&B, but horrible hostel rooms... for the same price? The place is divided into three buildings, one of them being the hostel section. When we arrived I asked the owner about staying a third night. (He actually had a hard time remembering my booking) He said he'd see what was available. Fair enough. He showed me a dirty looking L-shaped hostel room he might switch us into for the third night (which we would be turning down)I stayed in the B&B in a nice room once before, this time, on the third morning when we came down for breakfast he told us that he'd move us into the same room I had previously stayed in for the third night, so we were happy with that. We were visiting Rathlin Island and so we left our bags with him expecting to get a nice room when we came back. Unfortunately, true to his original plan, he move us into the hostel room he showed me at the start. It was very disappointing. It was filthy dirty, the sheets were old, the beds were uncomfortable, no soap, different colour pillowcases and bedding, no wifi connection in the room. We had to go outside the room to get a connection. This is sometimes what you get with a hostel room, but he wanted to charge me the same price as the B&B?! £60 for a crummy hostel room?! Sorry, not happening. We left and found a luxurious triple bedroom in an amazing B&B for the exact same price. Made our holiday. So he inadvertently did us a favour. If you want cleanliness I would definitely avoid. Maybe ok if you're a dude staying on your own, but if you're bringing anyone along with you it could get embarrassing.

We highly recommend this guesthouse to everyone. The place was clean and modern and the bed was amazingly comfortable, as was the pillows and bedding which was all new. There was parking and the host was very friendly and cooked a lovely breakfast. Would definitely stay there again

This was one of THE BEST B&B experience I’ve ever had. Berkeley and Claire are incredible hosts who anticipate their guests needs and go above and beyond to make sure their travel and stay goes smoothly. The hotel itself is beautiful, clean, and comfortable. There are several lovely public spaces where guests can unwind, grab a cup of tea, or indulge in some tv/reading after a long day of exploring. The breakfast is hearty and delicious. We would 100% return to this spot if we ever find ourselves in beautiful Ballycastle again. Thank you Berkeley and Claire. Y’all are brilliant!

My daughter and I stayed here while on a riding vacation with BEI/Equitours. Berkeley and Clair were so very kind and quite accepting of the mud and dirty clothing that came with riding in November mud. For a small donation to a charity of their choosing, they even did a load of laundry! The rooms are small but very comfortable and the breakfast was just what we needed to start the day. The little shared kitchen was a bonus on evenings we were too tired to eat out. The local grocery has prepared meals to go and there are several nice pubs within easy walking distance. I would definitely stay here again.

Host was very welcoming, double room was a great size for two sharing clean tidy and comfortable bed. The breakfast was a mix of helping yourself and ordering your cooked breakfast which when served was hot and not at all greasy. The location is great as you are within walking distance of the sea front and local shops eating places and playgrounds would definitely recommend to friends.

Great spot, super friendly owners, very accommodating. Really nice common areas to sit back and relax after a day's work/site seeing. Walking distance to Rathlin Ferry and the village, unfortunately wasn't able to avail of the breakfast but I'd imagine it's decent.
