Cars parked where they shouldn't be. If you park your car in front of the shop the risk of being caught by an hgv truck that delivers to supermarket is very high. Please Park in the supermarket car park or at the back

The products and prices are great but I've never had such a bad experience with staff in a shop. Very rude, no hello when arrived at till just a huff. After scanning every item the lady at the till would scrunch it up and literally throw it into a pile on the table. When we asked for a bag we got another huff and the obligatory 'yes they are 5 pence' and she then threw the tiny plastic bag onto the massive pile of our clothes and called for the next customer before we had managed to pack even the few things that would fit into the bag we had been given. The customer behind us was constantly pushing into our personal space and no attempt was made by the staff to remind the customers of covid guidelines. The only thing they're doing to follow covid guidelines is putting signs up and arrows on the floor. They also do ask you to remove your hangers before getting to the till although after our treatment I do wonder whether this is actually because they can't be arsed more than them following guidelines.It's a shame to have this kind of experience in a charity shop that is doing great work. Hopefully the staff can be retrained in customer service and dealing with new covid rules.

Don't waste your time trying to donate. I rang them to ask if they were accepting donations and could I bring two bags - they told me yes. Drove there within the hour and when I walked in with my bags they said they were not taking donations. A completely wasted journey and they misled me on the phone. If they were nearly full with donated items, they could have easily warned me when I rang.

Rang to ask if I could donate items that day. Was told I could. Carried in 4 small boxes. Was on my way out to fetch the rest of the donation when a shop assistant shouted that's enough, no more. I was made to feel very uncomfortable in front of everyone and it was like I was doing some thing wrong. Will never donate here again

A lovely shop with hard working volunteers sadly let down by the Duty Manager whose attitude was very unhelpful. An opportunity for some serious retraining - rather like the other 1 star reviewer. Very unfortunate experience.

Called the store 2 weeks in advance and booked to donate a large amount of items. I loaded my car and drove there, only to find it was shut. There was a mobile number left by the door, which no one answers. It's a shame I took the trouble to load up and attend to help, yet they couldn't be bothered to call me to explain they were shutting, saving a lot of time & effort. There must be other people that have experienced the same.I've donated and bought many items from this store in the past, but I won't now, the experience has really put me off. I've thankfully found another charity store that is a lot more organised and on the ball.
