Excellent service. We recently came into ownership of a commercial premises and needed an asbestos survey. When renovating an old property that I had recently moved into, I drilled through a ceiling, and when the material wasn't what I expected, I became suspicious that it could contain asbestos. I contacted Knight Specialist Services and Mike kindly agreed to come out and take samples the same day. Whilst waiting for my results, Mike kept me informed of progress at all times and was very easy to get hold of. Fortunately for me, the samples came back negative. I am very satisfied with the service I received and would definitely contact Mike again in future should I need further asbestos testing or advice.

Great service from start to finish. I needed an asbestos refurbishment survey for my whole house prior to a big renovation project. I had no prior understanding of how it worked or what was needed but the whole process was explained to me very clearly. They were quick, professional and reasonable price. Throughout the process, they kept me informed and updated so i had complete confidence in them. If anyone is looking for an asbestos survey. I would actually recommend them without doubt.

Mike & Gemma came out and performed a full site survey in September. They went all around our buildings workshop and office space without causing any disruption to the work. Mike gave us a very reassuring overview of his findings before they left and had the final report to us within 3 working days. Brilliant service.
