**Avoid**The brothers carried out repair on my property - when they finished they were very demanding when asking for payment before i could inspect their work as I was out. After returning home they didn’t repair my ceiling properly and after sending them 6 messages on what’s app they ignored.Avoid all of my calls, as soon as I called fromA private number they answered straight away and then when I challenged them as to their behaviour they hung up the phone. I then called the number listed on Google ending 321 one of the brothers (from a private number) he was stalling his responses when I asked if he was a painter and decorator he denied and said he was a taxi driver…..There is a reason why they have low number of reviews is it’s probably their friends or family writing them.Now I need to find a real painting/decorating company. I have loads of proof where they avoided me.

Bobby and John were so professional and efficient. They left the house everyday tidy from their work and nothing was ever too much for them! We would 100% recommend and would use them again in the future! They went above and beyond and finished the work within the time frame given!

Mayfair Building and Maintenance did a fantastic job removing wallpaper, repainting walls, wardrobes and woodwork in our house. They were punctual everyday, tidy and we are so pleased with the end result. They were a pleasure to work with - friendly and professional and I have no hesitation in recommending them. We will definitely be working with them again in future.

Extremely pleased with the quality and price of paiting job that Bobby carried out in my new home. He painted indoor walls and wood surfaces with great care and workmanship, and was very accommodating to small requests, giving sound advice and keeping in touch throughout. Richie and John were amazing and their work is fantastic! They went above and beyond for us and i wouldn’t hesitate to use them again in the future. Great Job all round, The attention to detail was key given the patterns on the wall papar and themed wallpaper in the kids rooms, when painting everything was covered and kept tidy , very polite and punctual and good honest service, Thanks Again Bobby for all the hard work to get this done before Christmas for me...will use again on next project...Best Regards Nancy
