Painters have moved to Council offices Stourport Rd the reception is in the main PUBLIC foyer. They are quiet happy to sit you next to other people discussing personal business, I heard all the conversation going on next me. I now know their names addresses and phone numbers. The other lady on my other side refused to hand over personal documents due to where she was being sat, and I don't blame her. We will never be using Painters again for this reason. Client confidentiality is non existent. Yes you can still have a closed office appointment but general and still personal seems to now be in the lobby of the council offices, not sectioned off in any way. Personal business should never be so open to the public ear. Handing over my late mothers will was a sensitive thing and was handed over on general display with no condolences given either!

Painters Solicitors took me through a particularly sad and harrowing time of my life. Losing your husband suddenly leads to all sorts of complications when you least have the energy or state of mind to confront the stress of addressing changes to life and finances.Although we had written a Will, we only had a copy and the solicitors we used had closed down. Lee quietly lead me through what he was doing to trace the will and through to probate.I have not had the need to use a solicitor many times in my life but even buying a house seemed to be a complicated issue in the past let alone when you have lost your life partner.I can't thank Lee enough for the work he has done and the sympathetic way in which he lead me through the process.I encourage everyone to file a Will as even with a family of 3 in total, you need to prove such a lot of details at a time when your mind is elsewhere.I would recommend Painters Solicitors for their efficiency, advice and for how they kept me informed at every stage. They did all of this at what I fee was a fair and affordable rate.

An amazing firm they helped me through the worst time of my life. The outcome wasn't what I'd of wanted but that isn't a reflection of their abilities everyone involved went above and beyond. I found them to be extremely professional, kind, empathetic and very knowledgeable. The kindness and understanding I was shown was extremely heartwarming and really helped me get through a truly heartbreaking situation.

We have been impressed by the professionalism, communication and speed at which Chanal has processed our house purchase. I will never use these Solicitors again. The one receptionist isn't very nice to me, she argues with me over something totally not to do with her. They are slow at dealing with things no matter how urgent the issue is, was not listen to at all. I felt belittled by the company, miss understood, and to be honest as if they didn't really care about me or my situation.I felt so low after dealing with this company for a few different issues and their lack of seeing their faults that I ended up on anti depressants.I am not perfect but this company has three times left me confused, upset, anxious and as if I am to blame!I wish to have nothing to do with this company ever again!!!!!

No empathy or sympathy, they will create hate and conflict to keep proceedings run for as long as they continue making money and you're exhausted, drained and mentally damaged. No warmth, not 1 genuine advice, entire years of dealing with them, not 1 smile from my solicitor. I gradually lost my daughter whilst I had these solicitors. Same happened to my Polish friend, she lost two daughters. We are Both foreign.. I recall well how Rachel Mcgrath (during my own solicitor was on maternity) sent a false info to Home Office that led to many problems for me. I was left confused and had a breakdown, I was not led to solution correctly by this practice, but instead, THREATS!! after putting the blame on me! When my own solicitor L Colley returned from maternity, I didn't want to deal with her because i was put off by the treatment during her absence. She used to be icy like a robot in her HOW CAN I HELP YOU!" each time I had dealt with her. Each time it felt so hurtful.

I have used Painters Law LLP on two occasions now,the most recent for conveyancing a property. Samantha Brookes was polite courteous,helpful,very pleasant when I met her in person and went above and beyond my expectations. The final fee was exactly as they had quoted despite the extra work,time and effort Samantha had put in. I like the free parking at the new offices but preferred the old offices for the privacy and more personal service you were given by the pleasant receptionists.

Setting up a trust with Painter's turned out to have been a shrewd choice. Every question I had was answered in a straightforward way, no obfuscation. Nothing was too much trouble and the staff were always pleasant and friendly. I can happily recommend their services.
