Out for a ride with my son and his rear cassette came loose. Passed in to see if they could fix it and they did, looking at it right away and fixing it so we could get home safely. Highly recommend. Good selection of bikes, parts and technicians to service and fix your bike.

Had a crank break on my bike so took it down to get fixed. Guys were great and happy to help. Were willing to source a part for me, i expected to pay extra for this but was charged the exact retail price for the part and less than quoted for the work. Happy to recommend and can say it's the only place i'll be taking my bike for repairs.

Could not be happier with the service from Gary at Clydeform. Took my sons bike in with chain and gears issues. Dropped the bike off in the morning and the bike was fixed and serviced the same day. Price was great and the service was even better. Would highly recommend and will definitely be back in the future. Thanks for the great service.

Another great service from the guys here, 3rd visit. They are brilliant. I gave them carte blanche to change everything and they came back with 3 things I'd said I thought would need changed that didn't... could easily have charged me and done them regardless but they didn't. Great value, bike running sweet as a nut and a good chat with Paul. Just an excellent local bike shop.

Discovered my cranks were unusable at the start of a 3 day/150 mile ride. We'd travelled 170 miles to the start. Rang around local shops and cycleform were the only ones who had a set for me. They replaced them for a bargain price and we were on the road within 30 mins. Amazing service and really friendly and helpful staff. The only downside is unfortunately they're too far away to be my local bike shop, much better than anything around my area

Recently had my 1 year old Ribble bike serviced. I dealt with Gaz, who was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. He picked up on the issues I knew I had, highlighted a couple that I wasn't aware of, and suggested the most appropriate level of service. This was completed within the day and when I spoke to him on the phone he mentioned some considerations for the future, including uprating the brakes which I decided to do immediately as I use that bike daily, noticeable difference straight away. Bike is now running smoother than it did when I first bought it.Overall fantastic service and fair pricing, I will definitely be back. Cheers.

Got my bike serviced here a couple of weeks ago and extremely happy with the service and quality of the work provided. My bike is running noticably smoother and was in mint condition after the service. Reasonably priced also, I will definitely be a returning customer
