Absolutely first class service by John and the team. Product was sent on the day of order and arrived the next day. Had a minor fault and without hesitation or delay, John sent a replacement unit and organised the return. Would definitely order from them again. Fantastic experience.

Coffee Hit are great. I had a problem with an item that the manufacturer was not resolving. After weeks of going backwards with Fellow, it only took one mail to Coffee Hit to resolve. Great customer service from Leigh at Coffee Hit. My new regular place for beans now.

Can't fault the grinder but £15 postage for A £5 part that weights 4 grams and takes 4 working days (6 in total) to arrive aka standard delivery! I would have avoided a baratza product altogether had I known I was going to get stitched like this for replacement partsThanks Paul. Parcel force is not the only delivery option to Jersey. Standard mail would have sufficed.

I have mixed feedback sadly. I brought of pour over coffee kettle as a gift for a coffee lover for Christmas 2021. This product turned out to be faulty and it was subsequently replaced by Coffee Hit rather efficiently in early 2022. A few months later the replacement has broken and I have found that my emails and the messages I have left are being ignored. I have reached out a number of times and despite my efforts, I have given up, but left feeling rather embarrassed as the item was a gift.

I ordered a kit for my baratza virtuoso grinder burr replacement and later an adjustment ring replacement for the same machine I was servicing. The kit had many small items missing (luckily my old washers etc were still good). The adjustment ring came jammed and 2 out of the 3 tabs were broken and still stuck inside the threads (see pictures). To make matters worse, I paid nearly the same amount for shipping as the item itself! IF YOU HAVE A BRAIN AND CAN READ THIS- AVOID THIS COMPANY. Absolute shambles.

I made an online order from this company for a Fellow Stagg EKG pro kettle. The following morning, package arrived (beating my other amazon orders). Unfortunately the kettle I had received was defective and had to be returned. Within a half hour of emailing their customer service, I had a new kettle in dispatch and a return label for the old one (receiving my package again first thing the next day). Their customer service team was outstanding, and something I cannot speak high enough about. John's assistance is what will be the reason I return here for all my online coffee needs knowing I will be taken care of and will receive the highest quality products and service.

Surprised at some of the negative reviews here. Sometimes there may be issues with a order whenever purchasing goods and this really shows the customer service of a company when that happens. I think only after that a customer should base their review. Either way...Ordered Sette 30 from here and found the customer service excellent. Happy to shop here for my coffee products.

Disgracefully slow service. Ordered “fresh” coffee beans from here. It took a week for the item to be attempted to be delivered despite the tracking saying two days.Despite there being a neighbour who runs a business next door and has a reception desk that always takes parcels, they didn’t even attempt to deliver to neighbour. It means waiting even longer now for delivery.In the mean time, I’ve had to spend extra money on other beans, and the coffee won’t be as fresh as it should be.Other coffee suppliers usually ship for next day delivery or two days max. To be a week waiting on a coffee service is sub par.There are better services and cheaper ones too. Go there instead.

I've been a Coffee Hit customer for a few years and they have always been fast and efficient at shipping. What really stands out though is their customer service. You know that you're dealing with people with deep understanding of what they're selling, and a willingness to resolve your problem. When my grinder broke recently they were able to get me a replacement that turned out to be an upgrade for a very reasonable price. When I think about good, honest businesses I think about Coffee Hit

Great customer service. Had a few issues with kettles from here (manufacturing issues) and coffee hit has resolved with no quarrels. Made use of their free returns (no idea if that still exists) which went smoothly. Items always delivered promptly and as described. Will continue to buy from here. Thank you.
