I never normally leave reviews but I had to. I had a Hollywood wax here. The hair was not fully removed and the technique was clearly poor as only a couple of days later I am filled with incredibly painful bumps. Just in time for my holiday - great! Expecting to be hairless and smooth, it is immensely painful, bumpy, red and irritated! In all honesty, it felt like she wanted to get me in and out as quick as possible with no care taken. Horrible experience and now in a lot of pain. Wouldn’t recommend.

The lash technician I normally go to for eyelash lifts and tints was booked up so I visited Lavish based on the great reviews. The treatment was disappointing aesthetically compared to what I'm used to, but what was more worrying was that it left my lashes really dry and brittle and falling out, which I have never had with my normal technician. I would not recommend.

kulwinder was amazing! she was super fast and efficient and also encouraged me to try threading for the first time (which i loved)! she was also very friendly and i enjoyed talking to her while the wax was happening. thank you again!
