When I first started working with Ali I was completely lost. I didn’t know who I was or what I even enjoyed doing anymore.In one of my first sessions Ali pulled out a large piece of A1 paper and asked me to write down what I liked doing in my spare time, I couldn’t even put down one thing! Now I can fill the page front and back.Ali has helped me find who I am again and heal parts of myself I never realised were broken. It has been a painful journey but one I can honestly say I am truley happy I started.I often joke with Ali that she is never allowed to retire as I will continue my journey with her for as long as possible. Not only has she helped me heal but she has helped to guide me where I wake up excited to see what life has in store for me.Thank you Ali for supporting me always, I am truley greatful we met x
