The lady on the till was miserable. Could tell she didn't want to be at work. Never interacted with me apart from to tell me how much my shopping cost which was over 100 pound. No hello, goodbye or please or thank you from her. Try training your staff to at least smile. Us customers pay her wages

Went in for wallpaper but sadly the store does not stock it anymore. However, an amazing experience, got to witness a store supervisor in covert obs of a shoplifter, highly entertaining and got the full lowdown in the carpark from a staff member on a fag break. Love it can't wait for the next visit.

Large well stocked store. Perhaps staff could be better versed in what and where in the store items are when asked, but I persevered and did find what I wanted on my own!
