What a fabulous place to be pampered!I had a great experience getting my nails done by Parminder & Hadis, two very sweet and friendly girls! They took great care of me and made sure I was comfortable throughout my time there.The spa is very neat, clean and so pretty! The massage pedicure chairs were the cherry on top! Ah, I just wanted to doze off to sleep!Mr. Palak Thakkar who manages the spa is such a gracious host, very helpful!Definitely recommend Navara Beauty !

I had a full face wax on 8/09/2023 and this is what they did to my face. I have done it from here before and it was nice so came here but this time it has been bad.

Woww..I mean woww... I entered looking tired and left looking like a million bucks. Thanks to wioletta( she is a hair magician)for all her ideas, hardwork and advice. Already booked next 2 appointments so definitely recommend.Got a biob manicure and pedicure by Hadis. Jadis was brilliant.

UPDATE. Just received a call from the salon offering an apology and a free wax on my next visit or to pop back to get things tidied up as quite a few hairs remained on my legs.I will add I didn't check my legs at the end of the appointment. I don't usually. I did tip my therapist, because I always do for that kind of service.So I've upgraded the star rating to reflect excellent follow up customer support. Which is really appreciated. Well done Navara! I would go back.Original postWalk in appointment was good. Price £22 for 3/4 leg also good. Very speedy and polite young woman.Proce maybe reflects the quality as I can see many hairs that have not been removed. I would suggest over use of the same cloth to remove hairs and no inspection of legs to check hairs actually removed.I won't be back.

Used them for gel nail polish. Lovely lady but see the results yourselves in the picture! Not going there for nails again although used them for threading too which is a good service.UPDATE: I got offered a complementary nails re do following my negative review last week. Thanks for taking my feedback on board. Shweta did a good job. She apologised numerous times for my bad nails last time despite not being her fault and went out of her way to make me feel relaxed. I regularly get my nails done and so could tell the difference straight away as she started working on it. Very nicely done! Navara - you got a customer back! Thanks Shweta. Picture attached!
