We wanted a special arrangement for our choir leader to say thankyou for all her hard work - Jo did not disappoint! She advised on the most long lasting arrangement which was beautiful and so reasonably priced. I have been told that the flowers were still in good condition despite the recipient going on holiday for a week a few days after they were presented! I will definitely use Jem’s In the future, thankyou.

Jo recently did all the flowers for my Harley Davidson themed wedding, I have to say she did an amazing job , I explained what I wanted and they were just perfect, i would highly recommend her for flowers, I wouldn't go anywhere else, nothing is to much trouble.

I ordered some flowers for my daughter's birthday. I can see why Jo has all 5-star reviews. The picture my daughter sent me of the flowers is absolutely stunning and my daughter said her self it is the best bouquet of flowers she has ever received. Thank you so much. We will definitely use Jo again

Jo created a floral tribute for my Aunt’s funeral and I was extremely proud to place these on my Aunt’s resting place. The colours and arrangement were stunning and several family members commented just how beautiful the arrangement was. A very talented lady who provided excellent communication throughout. Definitely value for money and Jo genuinely cares about providing an incredible display to suit the circumstances. I will certainly be recommending JEM’s Complete Care to any of my friends wanting flowers and will be ordering again in the future.

Faultless service! I ordered flowers for my wedding and Jo was fantastic, she sent me orders that she had done made previously to help me choose and gave me the opportunity to make changes. She listened to what I wanted and gave brilliant advice. The flowers were stunning and lasted for well over 10 days which was an added bonus. Prices were fair and messages responded to in good time, I highly highly recommend JIM'S complete care for all your floral needs!

I’ve bought many bouquets from JEMS complete care and Jo has exceeded EVERY time!! Beautiful lasting flowers that are presented in such a way that can’t help to bring a smile! Great price, great flowers and great service!! I have also received bouquets as gifts from friends and delivery is always a joy - delivered with a smile. Can’t recommend JEMS complete care enough!
