The treatments are always fab (especially the manicures), the staff are all very friendly and take their time to make sure you feel comfortable and happy!I really can't recommend this salon enough!

Had my hair coloured, cut and blow dried today with Lou. To say I'm impressed would be a massive understatement.As soon as I walked in I felt so welcome, had a lovely chat about what I wanted for my hair and she went above and beyond to make sure I was happy. Nothing was too much trouble. I'm already booked in for my next appointment, I can't wait to go back!Thanks all! ❤️

First time visit as I am only in shrewsbury when I visit family but I would definately go back when I'm next here! This was one of the nicest manicures I've had anywhere in the world be it UK, usa, Canada or Dubai. I have French on my fingers which is never easy but it was well done and the nail prep before was great unlike in so many salons where it feels like a rush to get you through. I felt really looked after and all the team were so friendly. It really is a lovely salon and highly recommended. Thanks Louise!

I've been coming here to get my brows done all year, and they do a fantastic job. Staff are super friendly and accommodating, it's a nice little place that seems very friendly and more local than some of the beauty salons that pop up around the town.Definitely would recommend this place, they do a wide variety of treatments for very reasonable prices.

DO NOT GO. Terrible lash lift. I have had to cut my lashes off. Wish I had not been what a sight to see in the mirror when I got home. Appears that the staff are not trained in what they do, or honest enough to tell a client when it has not been successful. Would have liked a response from the business with a solution or at the least a refund and apology. See photos.

Low Standard Pedicure.I’ve just had a very disappointing experience at this salon. It was my first and last visit, this afternoon. I was so looking forward to some pampering after not having had a pedicure since the pandemic started.Firstly I was really surprised that my feet weren’t washed or soaked first, but the beautician started straight away with filing and doing my cuticles. But she only spent around 3 minutes on this before starting on the gel polish (apparently the gel stays better if done prior to any treatments. News to me.)I could see that the gel needed three coats and it seemed a little streaky. When the beautician went to get the water for the next stage, she asked me if her work was ok, so I photographed my toes as I didn’t have my glasses. To say I was disappointed is really an understatement. The lines were wonky and the cuticles not pushed down or trimmed. I pointed out the wonky line and she tried to patch it up, but forgot redo the topcoat.Then the manager appeared, but failed to find fault in the beautician’s work, explaining that she hadn’t seen my feet before the polish was applied. The only solution offered was to remove the gel, but they didn’t have time redo it properly. So I decided to leave the gel in place and just to abandon the idea of a pedicure; unfortunately the beautician felt too upset to complete the task.I wasn’t charged and left the salon. By the time I got home, my left toe polish is wearing off, not having had a top coat. For a potential cost of £42, I think the standard should be a great deal higher.

Lovely staff and a really lovely salon. Louisa the hairdresser is really nice and always goes above and beyond to make me feel safe whenever I visit.A really covid safe environment to be in and all staff are amazing and professional.I highly recommend this salon.
