Mickleton Hills Farm Wedding Venue

The venue was lovely and spacious. Beautiful. Clean and smart. Made the perfect place for a wedding. David (owner) was amazing. He was always appeared just when you needed him. Would highly recommend.

We got married here on the 28th of October 2023.First thing I will say is if you’re considering getting married here book it now! Sammy and David are the most wonderful people and will do everything to make sure you have the greatest weekend of your life. We moved to Canada at the beginning of 2023 for work and we got a little stressed trying to plan a wedding in England whilst living in Canada but Sammy and David done everything to take the stress away.They have a recommended suppliers list which we found incredibly helpful and we used a lot of suppliers on that list. Even the suppliers that hadn’t been at the venue before David contacted them to make sure there was no detail missed. We were struggling to get a bag piper and the second I mentioned it to David he knew one and got it sorted straight away.On the Thursday we moved into the cottages and had a detailed walkthrough of the weekend and we explained to David how we wanted it to run and he ensured that anything we wanted happened he is truly one of a kind.The cottages are amazing and so comfortable to stay in and the venue is stunning! We are so glad we chose Mickelton hills farm as our wedding venue!If you’ve read this far honestly book it now and then relax knowing your going to have the most amazing 4 days!

Where do I start! From start to finish, the whole team at Mickleton have been an absolute dream to work with. The venue itself is stunning - exactly what you'd look for in a quintessential Cotswolds wedding. There's no detail they haven't thought about to ensure your day will run seamlessly. The owners are also so accommodating in making the day exact how you want it. We even had our ceremony in the walled garden, which they'd never done before! That was no small feat given the weather this summer. The support you'll get from the team there is beyond expectation - we had so many comments on how well the day flowed and how well everything was all managed. We have the deepest gratitude for all of the team at Mickleton, especially Sammy & David, for giving us the wedding of our absolute dreams. In short - we couldn't recommend them enough as a venue.

Wow what an amazing venue!! We finally got married at our dream venue on 04.09.2021 after 2 postponements due to the pandemic. From the first postponement to the actual day Sammy and David were so welcoming and professional the whole way along, keeping us up to date and informed. It was so lovely to see how invested the venue were in making our day exactly how we imagined it and they were so flexible with everything we’d asked for. We went to see over 10 venues, before visiting Mickleton Hills and it’s fair to say we fell in love with this venue not just because of the venue, but also the way the venue is run by Sammy and David, who are so welcoming and made our day feel special with only 1 wedding a week. We had so many comments from people who said it felt very relaxed which is exactly how we wanted our day! I couldn’t imagine getting married anywhere else. Jordan and Darren (04.09.21) x

Where do we start!Just incredible. The most perfect place to get married. The owners David and Sammy are brilliant and nothing is too much for them.After falling in love with the venue and booking it for August 2023 just under 2 years ago, we visited the venue 4-5 times prior to our special day. They hosted a wine tasting evening a few months before, and also kindly allowed us to have a meeting with our caterers at the venue to go through the final touches. The venue holds '3 day' weddings which allows you to get on site on the Thursday and have everything in place and ready by mid afternoon on the Friday. It enables you to enjoy the Friday night without any concerns over the venue not being ready!!The day itself ran even better than we could ever have imagined. David was ever present and was liaising with suppliers on our behalf throughout the day to ensure everything was on time and people know where they needed to be. The bar was well stocked and speed of service was good. There was great flexibility shown allowing to make our own personal touches throughout the day. Although the venue does not need much doing to it as it is beautiful even as a blank canvas!!All in all we cannot reccommend the venue enough and were so pleased it was where we chose to get married.Thank you MHF!

We had our dream Cotswolds wedding this summer and were lucky enough to have the beautiful Mickleton Hills Farm as our venue.David, Sammy and their their team were a joy to deal with throughout. They were efficient, friendly and helpful at all times whilst arranging the wedding and then on the day made sure everything ran seamlessly and we cannot thank them enough. David's attention to detail is truly outstanding and our whole day was entirely stress free and joyous as a result of this.The venue itself is set in the most beautiful countryside location and the Cotswold barns make for the most breath-taking setting. The cottages on site are beautifully decorated and we absolutely loved staying there the night after our wedding and all of our guests who stayed on site were made to feel welcome and thoroughly enjoyed their stay.Words cannot express how much we would recommend Mickleton Hills Farm, thank you to David and the whole team!

An incredible venue to get married in. Complete with a beautiful new bridal suite, stunning barns, lovely courtyard and amazing photography spots.David couldn’t have been better - he managed our suppliers brilliantly and co ordinated our day perfectly. The communication with David and Sammy was brilliant from the start. They both added so much to our special day.

I know it’s hard for anyone to say that they had anything less than an amazing time at their wedding… but we really did have a fabulous time at Mickleton Hills!The team (headed by David and Sammy) were incredible and we could not have asked for more. We were able to completely relax on the day safe in the knowledge that it was all being handled seamlessly. They were so friendly and supportive throughout the process!The venue itself is beautiful and exactly what we were looking for - it was a lovely mix of feeling both personal and grand. We used all the spaces on site (including the cottages which are lovely!)As with any true English wedding it rained a little on the day but the venue has so many options to cater for this and it didn’t dampen down the day at all!Thank you again to David, Sammy and the Team :)

The best venue and team ever!We cannot begin to express how grateful we are to David, Sammy and the team for creating such a perfect wedding for us. From viewing the venue to the actual day itself, we've loved every moment of planning and bringing our wedding to life with everyone.All of our guests complimented the venue, the team and how smoothly everything ran on the day. David you were incredible in helping me and my sister in those days running up to the wedding and went above and beyond to make everyone feel organised and excited for the big day once they arrived. Everything was so magical! Thank you so much!

Words to describe love, happy experience, memories, fun, friendship - well this is where you make it happen. Exquisite venue on a farm, private, spacious and the owner is your guide for anything you might have missed, and this owner, David is his name, is in attendance before, during and after the event.Now those might be the words most people use to describe their experience - let's take it further.Integrated lighting systemsBest sound system with speakers out of sight and different volumes in the different function areas - blue tooth and wireless controlled.Huge space for dancing and dining and break away areas - outside areas to catch your breath.Very secure and close parking - not even 100 steps and you are sitting staring at the fantastic wooden beams that hold these buildings altogether. Thank you David for making my son and daughter-in-law so happy with a day that they - AND CERTAINLY ALL THE GUESTS - will never forget. I really felt sorry for absent friends and family that could not attend - they missed a moment in history that this venue provided.
