I recently had the pleasure of visiting Forrest Optical to purchase my first pair of varifocal glasses, and it was a truly positive experience. From start to finish, Marie and Lisa were professional, knowledgeable, and personable.Lisa took me through a styling questionnaire to find out more about my personality and lifestyle to ensure that I made the perfect choice in terms of colour and style. I tried on SO many different pairs, there was no rushing as Lisa wanted me to find a PERFECT and UNIQUE pair! Then she took the time to explain the various types of varifocals available and helped me choose the option that was best suited to my needs. She then expertly measured my eyes and took the time to ensure that my glasses were fitted perfectly.When I collected my specs, I was impressed by Marie and Lisa’s attention to detail. They took the time to explain how to use my varifocals properly, and even provided some helpful tips for adjusting to them. I felt completely at ease throughout the entire process, and it was clear that Forrest Optical really care.Overall, I would highly recommend Forrest Optical to everyone looking for a first-rate experience. Their expertise and attention to detail were very impressive, and I am thrilled with my new glasses. What a fabulous experience. Marie's knowledge, colour analysis, face shaping and personality testing really made me think out of the box and try something new. I never thought I'd wear red glasses, but they look amazing! Thrilled to bits! Couldn't recommend her highly enough.

I was fed up of “boring” glasses, which didn’t suit me so when I needed new glasses I decided to try this place. Marie was lovely and explained which styles of glasses would suit my face including shape, colour and style. I had great fun trying on the ones she selected and could have chosen any of them. However, she found THE ones and I’m in love. Would highly recommend going here.

I couldn’t be happier with my new glasses!Marie helped me find frames with a bit of pzazz and the lenses are top-notch too (I wear these all day long, including for screen work).During the consultation, Marie guided me through the colours and shapes that would suit, and actively took pairs off me that she could see wouldn’t work. Brilliant personal services. Had a style consultation and specs to suit my wardrobe advised and tried. So much stylish choice and some beautifully unique frames including my frames made from wood and my gorgeous blue translucent designer frames. Brilliant service here! Went in to get some glasses to match my new look, now that I'm graduating university. Was sat down and talked through styles that suited my colouring and face shape and came away with a really brilliant pair.Barely any adjustments needed after the lenses were fitted, which was also done quickly, especially over the festive period. Overall, I'm still getting compliments from friends and family over them, so extremely happy.

Shopping for new glasses with Marie was such a fun experience! The styling consultation was so interesting from the personality & style quiz to finding out what ‘my colours’ are (I’ve always wanted to have this done). Being armed with the knowledge of the colours that compliment me has made such an impact, colours I would never have previously chosen to wear have since appeared in my wardrobe and so many friends and family have complemented me since, (it works)! Marie used my answers from the personality and style quiz to pick out frames that fit the results of the quiz but that also suited my face, brow and eye shape. I loved every frame she chose and very quickly Marie found these & I adore them! Getting the correct lenses was so easy, I simply sent my prescription to Marie who organised everything, and within a week or so I had my brand new glasses, I love them and get complimented on them often, I would recommend Forrest Optical Styling to everyone, excellent service and an enjoyable experience
