Absolutely the best Chinese we have ever had! Staff were helpful. Delivery was prompt. Price was very reasonable considering the quality of the food. Can't fault it in any way. Well done, guys.

Paid 40 quid for tasteless food asked for salt and pepper beef was like eating a pork scratchings the curry tasted old and overcooked the chicken was rubbery and tasteless the ribs were full of fat and tasted old didn't even get free prawn crackers I wouldn't waste your money here

Love it but at £15 more for same at my local this will have to be treat night

Always a fantastic meal at the china cook, we had the Sunday buffet and although price had gone up, and some favourites were missing from the menu, we really enjoyed our meal.

Stayed in Newbiggin for a few nights and had a Chinese from china food, I have had many Chinese take aways in my time but I have to say this was amazing I can’t think of a better Chinese I’ve ever had, that’s a big statement because I’ve had plenty

Prawns were nice. Across the 2 meals we had, the only vegetables were lightly cooked onions. Crispy noodles were deep fried dried noodles with absolutely nothing else.For just under £20 I felt it wasn't worth it. Won't return. I felt like I was ripped off
