Waylands - Volvo Cars Bristol

Today I had my Polestar 2 in for a service and have to say it was easy and a pleasant experience, I booked the service on the polestar app and this was then followed up by Carley with a phone call to confirm that everything was in order.The car was collected from my home by Helen and taken to Bristol Waylands, the service was then carried out, Carley then rang and updated me on the progress and result of the service.Helen then returned my car back to my home all freshly washed and clean.Top service from waylands and my two contact ladies Helen and Carley.Thank you

We went in just to look at one of the used cars outside and wanted to take it on a test drive. We spoke to Jonathan about the car and then Yusheng took us out for the drive. The customer service from both was amazing from start to finish. We left to have lunch and think about everything and when we went back in to store the process of the purchase was so easy and both were really friendly and were having a nice chat with us while going through the process. The whole experience was amazing and would recommend them to everyone!

Helen has picked up and serviced my Polestar a few times now. The latest was a repair which was perfectly carried out, was reasonably priced and took no time at all, even though I feared it might be longer. Gavin and his team did a great job and really care about giving great service. I'd give 5 stars but on the few occasions I've called, it's rare that you can speak to a human and I've had two calls that were never returned. Not a reflection on the team at all, they've all been great. Probably a little understaffed. Would highly recommend

Waylands Bristol were great because the entire experience from first contact with Yusheng, my Sales Exec, through to final delivery was extremely professional, helpful, unpressured and a total delight. The car truly exceeds expectations, but so do Waylands in terms of a sales facility, large choice of quality vehicles and most importantly their helpful, knowledgeable and friendly staff. Recently purchased a Volvo from here after a bad experience with a Ford Dealership.What a difference, it's well known that you really find out how good customer service is when something goes wrong. So a couple of weeks after collecting the Volvo one of my key fobs stopped working even after replacing the battery. I called Wayland's who booked it in, and confirmed everything in an email. Sods law ensured the key fob started working fine once it arrived at the dealership but the technician called me to say everything appeared to be fine. They gave the car a full safety check as well. As a result of the service I've received I have decided to take out a service plan. Thank you Waylands for restoring my faith in main dealers. Huge thanks to Ben, Lee, Carly and Helen from the service dept for the superb service. Oh and the fob is still working?

We've just spent the weekend touring car dealerships all over Bristol. The service we experienced in Wayland Volvo was the best by far! We were very well looked after by Rob, who was amazing and super knowledgeable about all the EV options. If you're heading into Wayland Volvo I highly recommend asking for Rob.

Dissapointed, and feel Waylands have let down the Volvo brand.Roadside assistance visited my car due to an issue, and told me to drop it in as it was still driveable. Eventhough I called beforehand to find out the process, I trecked back to drop this in, and arranged for someone to pick me up, only to be told they were too busy with more important issues. Next appointment - oh, just a month away!I didn't buy a hybrid vehicle to not use the expensive feature for one twelfth of a year. I expect it to be fixed when there's an issue. So now I have to find the next dealer that will sort it in a sensible time frame...Great car. But these let downs leave a taste and its only fair for other potential owners to be aware.
