What has happened to this place??It used to be my favourite M&S but none of the large Gold coffee, and no service!! Stood there while 8 (eight!!) staff members walked past me (it was obvious that I needed help because they studiously avoided any eye contact!) that would NEVER have happened at one time, and when someone did arrive to help, I'd collared a staff member, she was obviously not well pleased.What a shame, it used to be so very good here!

Excellent staff evryone is friendly polite and have been extremely good to meI been promoting the big issue outside with my DogsAnd I am looking for security workmy charge is £200 per day cash or in crypto.and it’s been an absolute pleasure helping the store out with preventing shoplifters and the lovely customers that need my assistance.Very happy to accommodate them and your staff as they are an absolute marvel to be around.I am shocked to see a few of your stores I have worked outside are being targeted heavily!For thefts by organised individuals chancers and as part of a team , undesirables look outs etc..I managed to be a great detterantTodayI had some abuseObviously there not happyAnd one manage to slip through my fingers with a basketRan for his lifeHe came with work wear high vizAnd a back packHe comes fills up the basketThrows it in the bushes puts the stuff in the back pack and ready for his next time for easy pickings.I am hoping he won’t be backBut I know his faceI will just retrieve the goodsIf I see him againAnd return them to the storeI don’t understand why you don’t have security in some of the smaller storesYour losing £1-2k a day or more in stockThat’s over £350-£700k a year in thefts from a high targeted vanurable store!True cost might. £100-£200k to your store budget overall maybe more including costs to deliver it cool it etc..But you could pay £50-&£70k a year securityAnd avoid the thefts & start getting people arrested so they don’t come back again!!I hate to see M&S being targeted like this as it’s my favourite store and it’s been my life line to survivalAnd it’s my family’s favourite store 2Thank you for showing me so much respect to all the staff at M&SFrom the bottom of my heart and soul thank youTeddykia&kiko

I’ve shopped at this store since it opened but the quality seems to have dropped lately. Last Friday I purchased a pack of White Flesh Peaches which were all mouldy and had to be thrown away, I also brought a pack of lamb leg steaks - 1 was fine the other was covered in skin on the one side so was virtually inedible. Not what you expect when paying premium prices! Not a happy shopper.

What a waste of precious time. Yesterday (Monday) morning at 09:00 went to the shop to buy German Rye bread. There was none at that time of day. Went there again at 19:30, there was none. This morning at 09:45, went there again and there was still none. The wasted journey frustrates me. The non-availability of the product at that time of day also frustrates me. Get your act together M&S at New Oscott.

Had to return 2 supposedly fresh vegetable items purchased within the same week. Suspect they had been over chilled in storage. This seems to be a common problem with this store.

There were only two checkouts open even though there were customers waiting.It would also be so much better if the ladies on the checkouts paused occasionally when putting items through the till to enable customers pack their items properly instead of filling the checkout counter with as many items as they possibly can. This is quite stressful when confronted with this situation, especially when there are several customers waiting in the queue looking anything but happy.

Staff friendly enough unless you ask a question then they stare at you like a rabbit in the headlights. I asked today had the offer gone through for the half price tortilla chips with the tex dips to have to explain it three times and be met with blank stares at the till by 2 members of staff who seemed to not understand and kept saying the dips were free! I explained twice no i just wondered were the chips half price as shown on the ticket... I ended up paying full price as there was a queue.

Felt slightly guilty only dropping in for a bottle of milk. Mid afternoon so not the usual queues at the tills. Another M&S that you feel would benefit from a bit of refurbishment, and the introduction of self service tills. Nothing more annoying than standing in a queue with a couple of items.

worst time in my life I had working here, managers treat you like you not even a human and would just stand there watching you struggle with massive till lines and then berate you afterwards for not being fast enough when we are heavily understaffed. would give us multiple jobs to do in only an hour whilst also being called constantly to improvise on till or asked questions by customers and then sit us in the office if we missed anything or didn't complete on time. Uses princes trust to get free work just to throw them away for new ones to come in. a few older women would just completely ignore their job and go sit on till and chat to each other all day because they didn't feel like it today" and would get away with it because they're friends with the manager and leave all the work on the princes trust "newbies". often a customer would be extremely rude and the manager would apologize for your "poor work" right in front of you and joke about you with the customer (yes this happened to me) the customer wanted a coupon that was expired and I wasn't taught how to manually put the coupon in
