Can’t recommend Ollie, Reading, highly enough. He went over and above and remained courteous when changing a bulb on my Audi car. An attempt with a previous owner had caused significant damage, breaking bits etc making it a 2hr job rather than a 15min. Ollie was patient, inventive and completed the job with a smile! Thank you so very much.

I went for a MOT, they said I needed a new rear caliper, new brakes and pads. They quoted over £550 to have it done. Are you having a giraffe? I got pagid brakes and pads for £80 together. Also managed to get it added on and rear caliper rebuilt for under £100. All in under £180 from another garage. Halford are right mugs, and total con artists! They will fail you on anything and charge you a arm and a leg for it. Never using this place ever again! Avoid at all costs! The receptionist who works weekdays is a bit rude too! Should smile once in a while. Jesus!

The booking was for a service on my Motor home which is 6.2 metres long and 3.1 metres tall . There are very few garages which can handle a vehicle of this size . At the booking stage the staff on the phone were very helpful and reassured me they could handle a vehicle of this size. On arrival the staff were very helpful and friendly even under the pressure of Covid 19 restrictions. They confirmed what the service would include and said they would call me when it was ready. On collection I was told there were no problems although it would be one to watch out for on tyre balancing. There was no hard sell or attempt to upsell on any other products which I appreciate.I was also pleased to see seat covers and paper mat were used as the motor home is in excellent condition and was respected by your staff.overall very happy with the service and the price, I will recommend to other motor home owners.

Had my cars air con recharged here today, wiper blades replaced and tyre pressures checked.Very good service, exceptionally polite and courteous, 5 stars.

Poor service, failed my car because of a front light and supposed polishing needed on front lights...it was tree sap, and had polish done six months ago!!? Did not offer to fix, rather book for two days later for an extra £60...as an NHS worker, I need my car for work...the guy was just arrogant and ignorant... Customer service pit phone down on me and didn't call back...will not use again.

They were super quick with my MOT check. Received a call within 90min for my vehicle collection.You get sufficient parking.They have toilets

The worse place to check your car or even fix itThe check of the car always done by computer and no expertise to check physicallyIf the car on warranty they giving you the quotations only but won’t fix it or even contact the warranty company even if they have all online approval application for it and when you call them saying have you contact the company for approval the manager saying we busy and don’t have time for it because they know it’s under warrantyThe response and the behaviour I’m very poor and rude

Very good service from Halfords today, replaced both rear tyres and headlight bulb. Very well priced and gave me a quote on replacing rear springs at a much cheaper price than Ford's offered. Would very much recomend.
