Thistles Car Park
Multi storey car park with expected tight ramp and easy access to the shopping centre. Has lots of disabled spots and usual valet on site as you would see at most sites. Now has automatic number plate recognition and just a type in your plate to pay at the machine. Handy as now you don't need to worry about losing a ticket although it is only contactless which may still be a pain for some.

This place has ingeniously marked out all of the places where it is possible to park your car with thickly applied lines of durable thick, white paint. And not only that, but whatever boffins devised this cunningly simple method, they have gone the extra mile and arranged each parking bay" in a regular grid formation that has been applied throughout the whole bally edifice. Expensive to park and for what in return? Entrance road that is rippled with potholes and I find it quite hilarious that the road also has a speed bump, no need the potholes slow me down enough thanks. Parking spaces arn't the widest for bigger cars and to top it off the two top landings are blocked off and in darkness forcing all the festive holiday shopping traffic onto the lower levels making parking spaces harder to find. I'd recommend using the forthside car park that is a 5 minute walk or use the park and ride at springkerse that are both cheaper and better maintained.

Road works mean one entrance is closed.first visit so had to do a loop of the ring road.but eventually got to the car park.and it's ANPR when you enter then entering your car reg to pay before you leave. £2.50 all day Sunday.

Get there early to get a good space because some spaces can be narrow also an expensive car park (Glasgow NCP'S can be cheaper) except on Sunday when it is £2 all day

For such a large car park - they should have a few more machines so I don't have to wait 200 years to pay. Actually think I went up a pay bracket.
