We had a great onboarding meeting with Rachel Riordan today. She was very friendly, patient and accommodating in explaining the portal to us and answered all our questions. Needed help changing over data from the old business safe online portal to the new Bright Safe portal. Charlene and her team were extremely thorough and helpfull during this process and had it complete in a short space of time without any complications.

What I've seen so far is really helpful and well laid out. Niqua our representative was great talking me through everything on the portal, so we're really hopeful that this will be a great way to manage our Health and Safety responsibilities for our small charity.

We have recently signed up with Bright and they have been nothing but helpful and supportive throughout our transition with them.
