Wonderful, wonderful, wonderful!!! Burnt ends anyone? Bacon wrapped onion rings? Parmesan potatoes? Seafood grill that looked like a piece of art and tasted better. This guy is no cook, he's a chef! A gem of a placethat should be supported and promoted. Definitely on or top five eateries. Bravo sir.

I come across the Baglan a few weeks back through a family member, who then with friends had food there on one of the landlords speciality nights, Burger, Chinese, join the Facebook group to find out more. I personally went with family members for a Sunday lunch, it was amazing the food was hot and the meat was served with plenty of veg. The service is great Rob and his staff are friendly, with the cat in the lounge. They also run a AirB&B if your in the area.

Worst pub in the world! Banned from there even though I've only been in there a few times!! Never been in trouble yet hated for some unknown reason. Owners are dicks tbh they think they are great when everyone hates them. And it's full of cat hairs which is absolutely disgusting

This is my first visit to the Baglan Hotel, the staff were extremely friendly.Food options were extremely limited and when I contacted them to discuss food options for allergies and vegans I was told I would get a call back which never happened.Food was decent but I don't think I would come here again.

Parked nearby and popped in after work. Fantastic friendly local pub/bar, really lovely locals, made us Geordies welcome. Will definitely return in the future

The Baglan Hotel B&B
We went to the Baglan for a family meal 18 of us. The menu I found was limited especially when it came to vegetarian/vegan or allergies. I had the scampi which I really enjoyed, the steak was good too. Also for the location I found the prices to be a little steep.The decoration is a lot but seemed clean enough and the staff and service was good and friendly. There is a bar area separate to the restaurant, I believe they have live artists on the weekend too.On a main road so limited parking available. Easy to find
