Not a great experience. Sorry to say because I've used them before and the location is convenient for us. But the last time I used this place to print an 8 x 10 photo for an Xmas present

Please do not waste your money and use the Photo-Me booth at the entrance to Ocean Terminal. I complained at the time that the pictures were horrible, but ignored. The pictures from the Kodak shop made me look like I had a deep tan and very masculine features. The pictures from the Photo Booth, which are cheaper, were truer to life and, as far as passport pictures can be, more flattering.

Got my passport pictures done charged me 15 pounds and when i asked him to cut the pictures he didn’t cut them not properly when I showed him that they are not cut properly he gave me the scissors and told me cut on your own (as if i was asking for a free service),worst experience ever

Got some passport photos done. They were printed ted before showing me and they were so bad I had to get a different set done elsewhere. I went back to show the owner the difference and he claimed his were better... Which was frankly insulting. He clearly didn't care that I didn't like them as he already had my money (I wasn't asking for a refund only for him to realise his pictures were bad!)His photo was zoomed in so there wasn't clear spce around my hair, had turned my face pink and my grey shirt blue. His lens depth also made my face look totally flat and wide. Apparently this is perfect and controlled by software.Will never use him again, primarily because of his attitude

Very lovely staff/owner. Very fair price. I got my documents printed here, which was way much cheaper than in the visa center, and it’s just 5 mins walking distance to the visa center. Very good quality prints. Love it!

Branded items under one roof, owner is way too good to employees. Appreciated his work.
