Jani's Hand Car Wash

I almost don't want to review Jani's because I don't want the whole world to know about it! Jani's is far and away my favourite car wash. These guys are incredibly fast, efficient, and thorough. We've all been to the standard car wash where one or two people work on your car at a time and you're there for 45 minutes bored out of your gourd. I watched four guys pile into and onto my Picanto and clean that thing back to the day it was born in 15 minutes. Stunned.Love this place! I'm guessing some of these more negative reviews are people are grumpy that it creates a queue on Burford Rd on the weekends.

Absolutely brilliant job, at a very competitive price. Wouldn't go anywhere else. Can highly recommend this operation.

Just took my car here for a clean inside and out and they have done such a poor job I won’t use them again. The standard of cleaning has gone down hill rapidly, they just don’t care how they leave your car anymore.

Used these guys for years, take my car in on a nice days for a good wash and come out with this crack. The owner straight up refuses they had done the damage and refuses to pay or partially pay toward a new windscreen. Will never use them again, absolutely no help what so ever

Really disappointed, £12 and top half washed but bottom half looks like its not been washed. Only realised when got home. Rewashed it myself. If you go to this car wash get out and inspect before you leave!

Great service and very competitive prices. The only downside is that one of the staff is constantly rude to people. I watched a woman be quite upset and intimidated by him he also shouted me to move my car. He didn't appear to speak English very well as he continued to speak another language and then laughed when I told him not to be rude.

Shockingly bad standard of work and ridiculously over priced. It’s a factory line, the staff ignore requests. Cloths used on the floor are the same used all over the the interior, and as soon as it dries out the mud and dirt shows up again like it’s never been cleaned. There is zero effort to do a thorough job, just makes it look temporarily brighter. And this is still the case after you ask them to redo it. Areas were skipped even when paying for a ‘full clean’. I’ve not been impressed with there standard of work for a while, but it seems recently (and since a price hike!) they’ve plummeted to new levels of poor service.
