I called from another number and when they missed my call, called back twice and sent 2 messages, clearly touting for business and suddenly available, unlike when I called from my own number. Subsequently they have failed to return to fix their mistake. It has been months and they have completely vanished. A further assessment by a trusted and accredited professional led them to label the work carried out by prolight as laughable and the work of a cowboy. My home is in a worse state than before they did the roof. Avoid like the plague as you are dealing with a cowboy builder. Waste of time and money. I highly doubt the authenticity of any positive reviews they received. The matter is now in the hands of our lawyers, the authorities and the relevant trade bodies.

Work done quickly and then disapared as soon as they were paid. Took a long time to come back to remedy issues and a month on, we're still waiting for the scaffolding to be removed. My advice to potential users of this company - keep 15% of the total payment back until it is totallly complete AND the scaffolding has been removed. They will claim that they can't control the scaffolers, but this is not the case.
