I was recruited by Julia, who was very helpful. She responded to emails very quickly and made the whole recruitment process nice and easy. I am excited to begin working soon!

RME consultants have been an excellent company to work for and have helped me to work flexibly throughout the summer! Lucy was super helpful through the interview/induction process answering any questions that I had. Abigail is so friendly and has been amazing at communicating quickly and providing me with shifts that suit me - overall a great experience with RME!

Very disorganised, unprofessional,rude on the phone, they have no idea what is is going, i applied for a job they said it all fine then called them every weeks to follow up and every time i called the numer they gave me it was a different person answering every time then having to explain the whole situation to every consultant just for them to say that they will call me tomorrow with an update. Finally after 6 weeks got an interview and didn't hear back which is fine but i have worked there precious yera and left on good terms.

My experience with RME was excellent from the beginning.Abigail and Lucy were both great at responding quickly to any queries I had and were really helpful throughout my process.I would highly recommend working with RME.

RME consultants have been an amazing company to work for, and Abigail has been so great and helpful! I always receive the shifts I ask for, and feel the communication is great, and questions are always answered straight away if I need help with anything. I had my interview with Olivia Calleja who was amazing. Made the interview friendly and stress free. Made sure I understood what she was saying through speaking with a clear and positive manner. I left the interview confident and positive with the information I needed.

Harry helped me through my interviews dbs and induction and was absolutely lovely. He made me feel very at ease and comfortable through the whole process and was very apologetic when circumstances led to longer wait times. Answered any questions I had and assured me that I would have people to support me as an unqualified worker. Great experience!!

I would not recommend, I was treated badly from the start. I was given “old rules” so I ended up Nearly giving my timesheet in late and not being paid for two weeks. My shifts were cancelled each week where is some people had a full week of work and I would only had one shift available and then it be cancelled. The agency Worker that worked with me constantly rang me even if I was in work and kept on asking to me to call him back. I was told one thing but then It was another thing. Even though the job is that zero hour contract I still feel like we should’ve been given equal shift every week And not one person getting all their shifts they wanted to work that week but one person gets one of their shifts they can work that week or being cancelled on. The agency made me hate the job even though I love working with kids so now I have to find somewhere else to work as it I felt it was a very toxic agency to work with. The nursery itself was a lovely nursery shoutout to kiddi caru Taunton for being supportive and they are a lovely team. Now I know each agency will receive shifts from the nursery and then they were dish out but I just don’t think they dish them out evenly and fairly.
