Just Chicken
So last year when we went the family meal deal was £25. With a Merlin discount this worked out not bad value for a theme park. Now the price is £36!!!! For a small portion of chicken (about 4 bits each) 4 x small chips and drinks full of sweeteners as only diet options available. Shocking. We were hoping to have a special treat eating out but someone was clearly high on something when they priced up the family meal.

Terrible food, my burger looked as if someone used it as a pillow. chips were cold and soggy, chicken was gummy and cold and did not have any taste (surely not actual chicken). Friends waited for 15 minutes to still get cold food even when we waited for 3 and it was exactly as old.

The staff? Lovely. The atmosphere, at 4pm on an late closure day? Very chill and very nice. The chicken? Amazing. The gravy? The consistency of jelly and the only negative point here. Seriously though - this is probably the best place to eat at Towers in my opinion, not least because the views are lovely. Just don't order the gravy

Food was great. Not quite kfc standard, but very good none the less. Staff were friendly and helpful. Was s bit pricey, but i suppose that’s to be expected on a theme park. Very enjoyable lunch, thanks.

Expensive price for cheap chicken. Bun tasted stale and the chicken was rubbery. The sooner Aramark’s contract ends the better.

Ordered only a drink and it took them over 20 minutes and they were serving every number after me. Super busy- too little staff. Eventually had to go and speak to them to get my drink that had just been left to the side. Order was never called out.

It was the worst chicken burger I have ever had. £11.50 for a meal. Avoid at all cost, take a picnic. Don't waste your money. Zero care about your food or the quality that is served. Restaurant was dirty, tables dirty, just avoid.

The food is ok here decent enough sized portions what annoyed me though was paying for BBQ sauce and not getting it and then almost having to argue with the guy behind the counter to get it and then have it thrown on the counter to me.I know you are busy but it doesn't hurt to be polite to your customers.

Had lunch here whilst visiting Alton Towers for the day. The food was really tasty and fresh, if a bit expensive, but I guess this is to be expected in a theme park.Was exactly what we needed after being thrown around on The Smiler! Would recommend this place for a quick lunch break.

My son was very upset regarding the ever increasing lack of variety in the menu as well as a simultaneous increase in price. We have such great memories of this place and feel, as solid just chicken enjoyers, we are being spat on. #shameonaramark
