Terry is extremely knowledgable and takes the time to explain the workings of my wood burner. He is prompt and friendly and leaves my wood burner cleaner than prior to the sweep!Great service. Terry done a fantastic job for me very clean and tidy he even took all the insides out of the woodburner and thoroughly cleaned everything. Well happy with the service provided and have already booked him for next year.I can highly recommend him.

More people like these we need running local businesses. Rang them to book a chimney sweep and fitted me in on his last stop the same day.. He wasn't in a rush to get away like most tradesmen, Very happy to feed you safe information and no mess at all. Used Terry for a few years and many more I hope. In addition to the chimney sweep, Terry took the time to patiently explain how to use the woodburner properly, gave loads of helpful advice and tips on maintenance and left the place cleaner than it was when he arrived! We recently moved into this property with a wood burner but was not provided with any paperwork so we were unsure on the condition and safety of the fireplace. Terry turned up and immediately put us at ease.A thorough clean and inspection of the fireplace was conducted and we were advised we needed a chimney cap replacing to which is getting sorted and the fireplace was given a clean bit of health.The knowledge, hints and tips provided were invaluable to which I learnt a lot.
