I paid a visit midweek, in the evening time. Whilst I'd had a lovely beverage, the chairs are quite stained, and the tables were either wobbly or dirty.The table I sat at had sticky rings and something had spilled on it, and it had not been cleaned. It's a shame because the shop is in a prime location.

Coffee was terrible. Got served toasted in a bag as they said there dishwasher was broken asked them can you not wash a plate by hand Just looked at me and said its against policy what nonsense just lazy . My toasted was but in a bag and had to use a the white paper bag they give me to cut the toasted with not very friendly. Craigavon Costa is so much better and friendly and better taste Coffee

Find most costas decorated quite well, very comfortable, good value for money and quite busy..only thing I find is a lack of gluten free food on offer.. no large coffee chain does it. If you're coeliac you're stuck with a cookie or brownie which isn't a great selection. For everyone else the cakes are nice,

Here twice this week as Costa is usually very well run. Staff very slow paced and don't seem to have been trained correctly. Nobody seemed to know how to make what I asked for and were all looking questionably at the drink on the menu above. When I got my drink it was not what I asked for and tasted like dirty dishwater so I went back to get a latte which tasted pretty much the same. I like Costa elsewhere but will not be back here unless management or something changes.
