Amazing selection of food and drink. There aren't many Lithuanian shops in the UK that deliver so I'm very greatful. A little bit expensive but definitely worth it, the tree cake was delicious!

They are absolutely brilliant i called store to confirm if they have some medicine and they confirm they got, but because i need them so urgent i was thinking now way i can get them so quick( in the busiest time of the year) i offered to pay extra money for quick delivery but lady she kindly refuse to take any extra money, order was made on Monday around 3.30pm on Tuesday next day 1pm i got my parcel. Thank you so much for a such an amazing customer care.

Hi. Initially I wanted to give them 3 stars. Why? First of all, some items were missing. Secondly, my gherkins got replaced by smaller ones. Thirdly, it was different canned fish from the one I ordered. Packaging was amazing and the majority of the items arrived, so I was like 'Well, got scammed a bit, but gotta give them at least 3 stars, right'. But before whacking 3 stars, I've checked my email junk folder......plot-twist, rewind time. First of all, some items were missing, because I exceeded 15kg limit myself and instead of punishing me, they did their best to lower the weight - they removed some items and instead of removing essential ones, they tried removing a bit of everything I did not order in big quantity, which obviously means lesser priority. So they removed a couple beers, a couple pickle jars and replaced missing pickles with smaller ones to lower the weight (which I agreed upon when ordered, ticked a box 'agree with replacements'). More than that, I double checked the original receipt AND the website - I ordered this fish myself, it was my own misclick, so they delivered EXACTLY what I chose.Long story short, I have made a mistake with my selections and miscalculations and Baltic Food did everything to make the delivery as good as possible. I rarely leave reviews, but this melted my heart, because I've been on a rollercoaster of disappointment and joy within minutes! It is a solid 5 stars, I wish all small businesses were like this, kudos to Baltic Food! Thank you, you did a great job and I am a happy customer.P.S.: Advice for the future clients - make sure you do not exceed 15kg if you are going for Delivery, don't forget to take jars and bottles into account, because glass weighs a lot and I did not count the beers' and pickles' glass weight. Secondly, make sure you order the fish you like instead of sprinting through your order haha. Either way, even this one looks delicious.P.S.S.: They have also added a couple of chocolate treats in the box, this goes a long way, thank you.

I took a risk and ordered a cake to be delivered via DHL. It was packed absolutely immaculate and arrived in perfect condition. Came right on time for my partner’s birthday. Thank you so much for amazing service. I highly recommend.

I recently ordered stewed sauуrkraut (German style). Very quick delivery, all in good condition. I am not local to Oxford so going there was not convenient. Ordered online with no issues. Received today in perfect condition. I will definitely return again and I do recommend this shop.Спасибо!
