The installation was completed on time and to a high standard, and I am very happy with the results.The on-site team (Ben and Ryan) were professional and friendly, and worked through everything the weather threw at them. The work was carried out on the date arranged and the team were very professional. Communication was excellent throughout. Would highly recommend.

Every thing went efficiently as planned. Scaffolders and Installers, were efficient, didn't leave any mess, they were polite and kept us informed about what they were doing. Panels and gizmos all seem to be working well. Too early to gauge usage and compare with previous.

Smart Homes Electrical guided us through the process of the solar panel solution for our home. They provided clear and detailed quotations and gave us a very competitive price. They gave us an idea of how the system would perform. The installation went very smoothly from the scaffolding up to the completion of the panels to the scaffolding down! All done in 2 days! The installation of the inverter and batteries in the garage was very neat too. We are all set now. These guys were a pleasure to deal with and I thoroughly recommend them!

A little patience is required at present as the team at Smart Homes Electrical are extremely busy. I'm sure they will thank you for that. From the site visit to the help up until installation day from Will has been first class. Once on site, the installation team (Ben, Mick and Leo) were fantastic. Courteous, clean and considerate right through the installation. Ben then spent as long as I needed walking me through the system, amazing. The job has been completed to an extremely high degree of professionalism and I would not hesitate to recommend the team at Smart Homes Electrical.

From initial enquiry through to completion of installation and commissioning, Tom and his team were consistently thorough and responsive in their answering of questions and tailoring a solar PV system optimised to our site.The installation was completed neatly to occupy the minimum of space and so far after just under 2 weeks of use is performing well.I would recommend Smart Homes if you are considering installing a Solar PV system.

From first enquiring about solar and our options regarding maximising the power/batteries etc, the team were excellent. There is no pressure at all and they even advised against extra panels as it would not give a benefit, other companies would sell you anything to increase the prices but Smart Homes don't. The work they did was outstanding and very considered in terms of dust generation and mess (hardly any mess at all but they asked if we could move our washing in just in case of any dust). The explanations and walkthrough about the system with the team once installed was again well considered. The communication either via phone or email is fast and they are happy to talk about anything to ensure your happy with your system. The installation team themselves are great, polite, helpful, courteous and friendly. I highly recommend them to anyone looking at getting a solar system.

Tom and his team from Smart Homes Electrical were very professional and competent from beginning to end. They started my solar project on the set date and completed it in two days as agreed. The workmanship was first class and delivered with great customer service. Upon completion we were immediatly generating electricity. No hidden extras when the invoice arrived.
