We recently bought our new house with Bramleys. From the moment we completed our first viewing we started speaking to Mel quite regularly.We had a number of viewings throughout the process and nothing was ever too much trouble.Despite using an agent with no high street presence to sell out previous property Mel still kept us fully informed about the position of our sale and purchase.I would highly recommend Bramleys (Elland) and if you're fortunate to have Mel looking after you then rest assured you will be taken care of.

Don't bother viewing properties with these. Deem fit to show you a property and send you an application but within one day gets a phone call to say the landlord has gone with someone else!!!! My partner had sent his in but I had to wait to the next day for pay slips but was told they wouldn't wait landlord already made decision Such an unfair process and timewasters!!!!!

Bramley’s were excellent! I listed my property for sale with Bramley’s after another agent had not managed to sell it, after being on the market for 3 months. I was particularly happy with how Bramley’s marketed my home, it showed the positives whilst not being misleading.Bramley’s were able to secure A LOT of viewings straight away and I received a few reasonable offers. Mel was very responsive by email throughout the process and able to offer advice and answer any questions that I had. If I contacted Bramley’s on a weekend I was still able to speak to someone so I was really impressed.I received an asking price offer after a few weeks. Mel was very capable with helping to progress the sale and communicated with the solicitors to ensure everyone was kept in theloop. SOverall I was very impressed with Bramley’s, this was my fourth house so I’ve experienced a few different estate agents and felt that Bramley’s really did go above and beyond and put a lot of work into selling my home.
