So glad I found this treasure of a place. Set in amazing woodland, so peaceful and quiet. Great setting for the sunrise yoga. Beth is a great teacher. Will be back for more and can't wait to try the soundbath

Fabulous place for Yoga! Joined my first yoga class this evening at Cockley Woodland Wellness, never done yoga before. Thoroughly enjoyed, didn’t feel out of place or uncomfortable as a beginner. Callum was amazing, made everyone feel welcome and adapted to all levels. Tonights session was outside, being surrounded by woodland and listening to the bids chirp was just a magical feeling.

I've been going to the yoga sessions at Cockley Woodland Wellness for over a year now and completely in love with them. Over the years i've tried so many different fitness classes and given them up after quickly losing interest. This is the first time in my life i've thoroughly enjoyed a weekly class which I really look forward to taking part in. The woodland is absolutely beautiful, it feels like a weight is lifted off my shoulders just walking down to the class, it's so peaceful. The sessions are amazing - I highly recommend visiting and giving it a go. You won't regret it. Thank you to Cockley Woodland Wellness for creating such a fab place!!
