I was selling a house as an executor and found Harrison's an easy company to deal with who kept me well informed on the progress of the sale. They were also able to put me in touch with a very good solicitor to handle the sale.The only real issue was a buyer who wasted everyone's time by dragging out the sale and trying to drop the agreed price. He lost the purchase and the reserve buyer Harrison's had in place completed in a few weeks. Overall the least stressful house sale I've ever been involved with.
