My ceilidh band The Jiggers had great fun here playing for their Burns night entertainment. Staff were nice and the punters were a good laugh. Classic Drum folks- don't worry, it's not all kicking off they're just having a friendly shout at each other ;-)

Used to be a great club to go to but looks run down and think it needs a good makeover. The TV room next to the snooker hall needs a new carpet and decorating wallpaper or painted. Inside looks very very gloom and needs freshened up and new upholstery on seats too. As I said great club but needs help too bring it back too former glory, can be done and members can help.

First visit here for an event nightSeems to be a local social club with members type of placeFriendly efficient bar staff dealt with big crowd well.young security guard on duty for the evening was very professional (pretendy special forces type)but came across slightly intimidating with the hard man attitude and fake gilletMaybe place has other issues a one off visitor might not be aware of?

Brilliant place to have a quiet pint, or a function. The staff where friendly and always willing to help. I didn’t know that, Sir Jackie Steward, opened the place, a place where I live! A fact I didn’t know until a, sad event happened in my family. Hence the photo! Hopefully this will help someone out.
