My mother in law here 3 days 2 nights and in an absolute shocking condition.She has alzhimers, we explained she would refuse food, medication, toileting but prompt and will have it.she was walking round.2nd day, not dressed, soiled. refused food, drink and meds so I washed, dressed gave food and meds.3rd evening - had 2 falls, no one phoned or left message or called other contacts.No senior on manager on site!bruises everywhere, was soiled. hadn’t eaten or drank anything, no medication for days as refused- again not informed! hallucinating, reaching things which wasn’t there (didn’t do this before). couldn’t walk without help as unsteady and falling again.Manager didn’t want us to take to hospital but I explained if I left her she would break something, but he didn’t seem concerned.Also didn’t seem concerned by the condition my mother in law was in from 3 days here.Hospital has put safeguarding on my mother in law and home is under investigation.
