Oxford Calor Cylinder Distribution Centre - Closed to the public

The delivery service is fine but the depot never answer the phone and it’s impossible to place an order as a domestic customer. Why isn’t there an app where you can reorder and pay for deliveries with online banking. Archaic systems need updating, it’s 2022!

Have been trying for 7-9 weeks to get 2 empty 47kg cylinders removed. Promises promises. A bit fed up, to be honest. Not good service.

Very surprised to see negative reviews. My calls have always been answered promptly, dealt with politely and with genuine warmth. Delivery is prompt and the price is competitive.

UTTERLY DISMAL.Service non exsistent and staff rude, unhelpful and dismissive.All my phone messages went unreturned and when I attempted to speak to a member of staff through the locked gates I was spoken to so rudely by the young lady I decided enough was enough and I've taken my business elsewhere depite being a member of Ncass who operate a discount scheme with Calor.After all 100% of zero is still zero isn't it and if it's impossible to order from them that's what I'm left with.It seems Calor has decided it's more important than the rest of us poor minions who have had to continue working right through this pandemic and shut up shop.I won't be back that's for sure.

I have repeatedly tried calling Osney Calor gas over the past few months for a delivery of gas. The telephone number is a recorded message that states we cannot help you at this time please call again!". You get nowhere.I am a customer of ten years. I have emailed also

My calor gas fire is ideal for rooms which I don’t use often. My bottle lasts me a long time which saves on ordinary gas. No smell at all and they are always polite.

Very difficult to get to speak with anyone at this depot. Poor customer service!

Unfortunately service is terrible it is almost impossible to get them to answer the phone and order anything which is a shame because the delivery is fast and the price is good,

So pleased to have been able to collect my gas cylinder and not buy online, all paperless too which is great staff very helpful and friendly, definitely recommend

Consistently miss delivery days. Will just not turn up and give no warning. Always having to chase. Rarely answer the phone. Avoid if you can.
