Myself and my husband decided we would like to get a gym installed in our house. We called into Olympus Fitness and were greeted by Paddy who was exceptionally professional and he helped us design our gym and advised correctly on what equipment would suit our needs and fitness goals.Olympus Fitness were an absolute pleasure to deal with from initial planning to install day and were on hand to help at all times.I'm extremely happy with he quality of the equipment and would highly recommend Olympus Fitness to anyone looking to build a home gym.Overall my experience was exceptional from start to finish and Paddy has assured me that should we have any problems or queries, I can call him anytime which is very reassuring. Excellent customer service from start to finish!

Ordered a new treadmill from these guys. I wasn't sure whether to go for a new one or a used commercial type one. After some information and advice from the the guys, I decided on a new one....brilliant decision. All going really well with no issues. Thanks

I purchased a bike of these guys in mid to late November. No bike ever arrived, they have fobbed me off at every turn so in essence they have my money yet I have no bike or received no refund. Easily the worst company I have ever dealt with and I just pray I'm able to get my money back at this rate (I'm having to go through the banks to do so). Avoid at all costs.

Awful service, these boys are nothing but cowboys. I made payment 11th Feb, equipment was due on 1st March for only a couple of pieces to arrive out of over 15. What arrived was assembled by so called engineers who put chin up bars on upside down on 3 half racks and left 1 without tightening the bolts. Equipment was poor quality with parts of foam missing on the flat bench.I was assured the rest would be with me the following Monday or Tuesday, over the next few months I was able to get a few more pieces from them by bombarding them with phone calls. They even tried to send me 2 used weight trees when I had paid quite a bit for brand new ones.They still owe me nearly £3,000 worth of equipment, I became tired of phoning every week to be fobbed off over and over so it is now in a solicitor's hands.

Purchased 12 Keiser M3i spin bikes. We are very happy with the bikes, they're in great condition. Ordered and Delivered to our gym with great efficiency. I would certainly recommend Olympus to anyone looking to add to their facility.

Absolutely fantastic service the lads fitted me in one of the days despite the fact they were on holidays. The quality of these plates are outstanding and they look absolutely fantastic. Will definitely be coming back in the future.
